Really Random Monday

1. Highlight of my weekend:
Playing Sardines in the Church. We had an "almost all Nighter" --which translates to "as late as James will stay up"-- for Enrichment this month and I had a blast. Karaoke, Do you Love Your Neighbor, Mafia. . . heck, I even loved the Human Knot. Sardines was by far the best part. The Church is so scary when it's all dark and you're looking for hiding people!! And there is nothing as fun as squeezing 15 people into a closet or into the Nursery lounge.

2. Nothing like talking politics and religion all at once
I totally want this shirt, but geez, I'd be like a walking billboard for the two topics you're supposed to stay away from at all costs. You know you all want one ;p Just wait till my lawn sign gets here.

3. Christmas
Oh yeah -- I think it can come. Today I am off to start my shopping and I've figured out what to do about my cards. Lunch with my hubbie and Christmas on my brain. . . HAPPY MONDAY!

OK, I know you are going to kill me but I am your friend and you will have to forgive me with that kind and loving heart of yours....but.......at first glance I SWEAR that said "morons for obama" and I had to look again.

Remember, I think your children are adorable, you are really pretty and you are the best mommy in the world. Forgive me.

Mormons. Got it. Mormons.
See, confusing. Just when y'all got me all trained to say LDS, it's back to Mormons.

That's funny. Will your lawn sign say "Mormons for Obama" too? Maybe some day we will see you on that postmormon.org billboard by your house!

And what the heck - was that an Enrichment night? Because I am now in charge of quarterly enrichment nights and and that sounds like crazy fun!

I don't know if our Bishop would allow that kind of Enrichment! Sounds more like a crazy GNO! How fun!!!
So, do you do neighborhood gifts? If you do, could you email me and tell me what you're doing? I'm trying to figure that out before the baby comes and need ideas:)
Miss you and your cute family!!!

Can I put in my request of what I want for Christmas here, or in an email? ;)

I am bummed I didn't go on Friday. I wouldn't have been a fun one to be with though. Oh woe is me, right? Good news is I'll be done having my pitty party soon, and I am here for 3 more weeks! When are we going to play?

I plea the 5th on the shirt, but YES enrichment was a blast! Whoever was in charge of that must be the coolest most fun to be around person in the world!!!!! Ok, and as for Christmas, I've been racking my brain on what to get for the kids. We don't go present crazy so I'd like to get one BIG thing for both of them and then just a couple of small gifts! any ideas???

Okay, this reminds me of the times when we use to play mafia and murder in the dark, etc at Union Square. We were so crazy! I loved it! You know what else is spooky--hiding in someones shower in the dark because you think your husbands are coming to find you!! We were so crazy ;p
