My diet plan

So most of you know that I've been slowly losing my Sadie weight and I was finally down to my "ideal" weight. . . until this week. Here's what I've eaten over the last week

Wednesday: Go out to eat for my birthday dinner including a HUGE piece of Chocolate cake for dessert
Thursday: Thanksgiving. Skip the protein and only eat stuffing, mashed potatoes, rolls and pie
Friday: Dustin makes Paula Dean's Gooey Butter cake for dessert
Saturday: Baked french toast and buttermilk syrup for breakfast plus leftover Gooey Butter cake
Sunday: Left over baked French toast for two meals of the day, plus birthday brownies
Monday: Cafe Rio for FHE and then cookies for dessert
Tuesday: Chocolate Molten lava cake for a snack and then neighbor shows up with a huge thing of white chocolate chip cookie dough. . .

Am I the only one who does this to myself? I just love sugar! I cannot resist it. Anyway, I have much more interesting things to talk about -- with pictures -- but for tonight I had t write it all out so I can end the madness! Feel free to share your own weaknesses with me so I can feel better, or at least slightly normal.

Luckily, I am pregnant so I can eat like that without feeling too guilty!!! Hehehe... Just as I was 5lbs away from pre-Caroline baby weight my mom got sick and threw our life into a tailspin of fast food, cafeteria food, convenience food, and I gained 10 lbs instead. Lucky me. I almost got it all off, finally, when I got pregnant, then I miscarried, then got pregnant again. It is a struggle, I tell you! One bad week won't kill ya - I am about to eat the leftover pumpkin pie and then have some ice cream.

I think I ate half a pumpkin pie since Thursday! Oh yeah, and half an apple pie. I LOVE to have pumpkin pie and diet coke for breakfast, its terrible!! I keep telling myself that I'll get serious "today" but by the end of the day I'm back on Sugar/fat/carbs again. The scariest part is: I don't feel nearly as guilty as I should about it, and no, I am stil nowhere near my goal weight.

And just a warning, under no circumstances should you buy the Hershey kisses that are white chocolate with the peppermint stripe. They are pure evil. And whoever makes those awesome sounding pineapple cookies from the ward e-mail and tries to bring me some will be shot on sight. But hopefully somebody will because they look amazing. And where is that butter cake thing?? WOW!

I have now purged the demons!!

Try eating fast food for every meal on a 25 hour drive to come to az, then have thanksgiving dinner on Sat and Sunday at each side of the families houses, then leftover monday lunch, then little ceaser pizza for dinner on monday night at zoo lights, and add a piece of coconut cream pie after each dinner. No wonder my icecream flavor was Chudunkadunk Chelsea!! I am glad you are nice to the fat girl!
And about the tease...I was sooo tired I wasn't ready to put on my happy face and do 8;30 church. Next week we will have to all have a park day or something. When Cody comes back to az at Christmas maybe we will attempt it. I can't by myself. I am soo not a morning person with 2 crazy kids who forgot to learn reverance.
Good luck on your work outs this next few days!!! I still have some pie left to eat.

Oh, this post makes me miss the States. Lucky for me and my diet, they don't have the same kind of treats like they do back home. What I would give for a donut! Ahhh...

P.S. Aren't those Butter Cakes by Paula Dean the BEST! I love the Chocolate one and we're gonna try the pumpkin one for the holidays!

"Glenda the Good Witch" came after Halloween right? I should've just thrown all the candy out, but didn't. So, for breakfast every now and again...I raid the candy! Terrible I know, but I couldn't resist! My true weakness is pb & chocolate! I've eaten sooooo much over the last month, that I'm kinda sick of it! That's when you know you've gone overboard!
About you coming to Utah...We'd LOVE it! The Stohls are about 20 minutes from us, and Summer & Erik come every once in awhile, so let's plan something so we can all get together! That would be super fun! Let me know when you're thinking of coming up!

Yeah...I totally do that to myself. I have realized I'm an all or nothing kind of girl, so I went off sugar in July and so far I have done very well, and lost quite a bit of weight. For Thanksgiving I allowed myself some pie, but found I didn't want a ton since I'm not so immune to sugar anymore. :)

Okay, Maddy, you did eat this stuff and good for you! Because holy cow, you look great, I was thinking when I saw you yesterday how stinkin skinny you look! I guess it's about time for Dustin to leave town again so you can go awhile without eating much, eh?
