Friday I had my awesome friend Kerry take some pictures for my Christmas cards and just because I generally wanted some pictures of my kids. My kids are such stinkers! Nate was the biggest booger of them all. There were some decent family pictures of all of us, and then Nate would be sneering. I know it will just get better as they get older, but it's so frustrating not to have a cute picture of all 3 of them. Stinkers. We have one that will work for Christmas cards and that's what matters the most.
Kerry did an awesome job with my squirmy little wiggly kids and I can't thank her enough! Anyway, enjoy some out takes. I can laugh about them now, but when the little guy was doing them I was ready to ship him off to Grandma's!
At least he managed to pull through for me in the end. Thanks again Kerry!

I know how you feel! Colton is going through a stage where he scowls and doesn't smile anymore for me. Then, there's Bria and Micah...who, right when I say "3" to take a picture of them, Bria and Micah make funny faces. Kind of gets annoying until you see the end result of the pictures. The pictures you did post are so cute. Really shows Nate's personality! Watch out world...here he comes:0)

I have tons of picturesof sneering children in my albums! LOL And Wyatt has this "fake smile" where al that shows is his bottom teeth, but I was forced to put it up anyway. OH well, it makes memories, right?? :D

Kids and pictures are always a huge adventure - it seems they either try too hard or are trying to sabatoge it all. At least they are still cute even when they are wild and crazy.
Heee! It was fun, and I totally understand your frustration! I finally learned to embrace the out takes with mine kids. I feel like I'm never going to win!
Nate just knows he's cute and can get away with it, Ellie is a dream and Sadie will be a total poser soon enough too. :)

I love it!! I swear every family has one of those at one time or another. It's so fun to tease them about it later though, JK. Nate is so cute that it doesn't matter what he is doing! I love your family and thanks for always being there for us and setting such good examples!
BTW- :( Shawn and I have 3 weekends full of family stuff coming up, so I might not be there on Sunday for the next three weeks! AAHHH, anyway, Katherine and I have it worked out.
